You represent you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive content, including anything that violates privacy or intellectual property.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Our aggregate liability for any claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amounts you paid (if any) for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the service or your content, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these Terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction lie where we are established.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate the service or your account at any time with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Certain sections survive termination.
